On September 23,2025, to precisely address enterprises 'technological challenges and accelerate the commercialization of scientific achievements, Xianhu Laboratory collaborated with the Organization Department of Sanshui District, Foshan City; the Sanshui District Bureau of Economic and Technological Promotion; and the Sanshui High-Tech Industry Association to organize the "2025' Science and Technology Talents from Leading Enterprises in Sanshui District Visit Xianhu Laboratory'" technical matchmaking and talent exchange event. Led by Zhang Xingtong, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of Sanshui District; Shi Jiasheng, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Economic and Technological Promotion; and Li Zhicheng, Secretary-General of the Sanshui High-Tech Industry Association, representatives of core technical talents from nearly 30 leading technology enterprises visited Xianhu Laboratory for this initiative.

Enterprise representatives exchanged insights and shared experiences focusing on their core businesses, technological needs, and development challenges. Discussions covered multiple areas including new material R&D, intelligent equipment upgrades, and low-carbon technology applications. Through the clash of perspectives, both parties reached consensus and identified collaborative entry points through demand alignment.

Xianhu Laboratory adheres to the development philosophy of leveraging technological innovation to serve industrial innovation, actively engaging with and supporting local enterprises to foster an enterprise-led scientific and technological innovation system. This technology exchange event established a bridge for "industry-academia-research-application" collaboration between Sanshui District's tech enterprises and Xianhu Laboratory through a model characterized by "government facilitation, research empowerment, and enterprise benefits," laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between the laboratory and enterprises.
