Laboratory Management System
· The laboratory implements the director responsibility system under the leadership of the Council.
· The council makes decisions on major issues of the laboratory.
· The management team is responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory.
· The Strategic Advisory Committee gives advice on major issues such as laboratory development planning and direction.
· The Academic Committee puts forward professional suggestions on the research direction and objectives of major scientific research projects.
